Where the source document (English or Turkish) involves complex formatting, layout, or content, the applicable translation rate may be higher than those listed. For example, a 200-word plain text document cannot reasonably be priced in the same way as a 200-word document containing tables, structured layouts, or design elements.

As Chartered Linguists in the United Kingdom and ATA members in the United States, we prepare certified translations that are suitable for visa and official submissions. Certified translations are normally delivered as electronically signed PDF files. Upon request, translations can also be supplied as wet-signed and stamped hard copies, in which case postal or courier charges (such as Royal Mail or DHL) are charged at cost.
English–Turkish Translation and Certified Translation Rates
For documents consisting of multiple pages, English ↔ Turkish certified translation fees are calculated by multiplying the total word count by the applicable per-word rate shown below and, where certification is required, adding the stated certification fee per document. This pricing method applies to all documents exceeding 750 words.
We aim to keep costs proportionate and transparent for our clients. However, urgent translation or certified translation requests that must be completed outside standard business hours may be subject to a surcharge: up to 30% for weekday evening work and up to 50% for weekend work. Any such surcharge is clearly communicated at the quotation stage, and no work is commenced without the client’s prior approval.
